We are a digital product studio. This policy mainly covers our marketing website and communications with prospective and current clients.

2. Data we collect

This website does not provide user accounts or a registration form. We mainly receive personal data when you contact us voluntarily.

We may process: your name or company name, email address, phone number, message content, Telegram or WhatsApp details, and other information you include in a project enquiry.

Our host or server may automatically log technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and request time) needed for security and site operation.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to enquiries and pre-contract discussions — steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Performing a development engagement and related accounting — contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b)–(c)).

Protecting our rights, securing the website, and preventing abuse — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Marketing our services where permitted — consent or legitimate interests; you may object at any time.

4. Recipients

Data may be processed by hosting, email, and messaging providers (for example Telegram or WhatsApp) only as needed to provide the service.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence and contact details for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, perform work, and establish or defend legal claims — typically up to 3 years after the last contact, or longer if the law requires.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for operation (for example remembering a language preference).

If we introduce analytics or marketing tools, we will disclose them and obtain consent where required. You can also limit cookies in your browser settings.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. No system is completely secure.

The website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data to us.
